"I started with Lincoln family medicine back in its early days when they first opened up. They only had three doctors back then and one young lady who was the office staff. They were warm, inviting and professional. They have grown a lot over the years adding more doctors and a lot more staff and even a new location and a secondary location. The staff have always been friendly and professional and I’ve always trusted my Dr there. However, they’ve grown too big and keep adding on more patience. It has become almost impossible to get an appointment without having to wait over a week or more. Unless you schedule months in advance, don’t count on getting an appointment. When you call, they don’t return your call for several days and then they try to push you off on their urgent care which will cost more out-of-pocket expense for the patient. I’m very disappointed in how they developed into this what appears to be more business profit oriented than patient oriented. It doesn’t help a patient when they’re hurt or ill if you cannot get an appointment. I’m waiting several days to hear back from them to only be told they’ll schedule an appointment with urgent care. I find very distasteful and disrespectful. I called on a Thursday morning and didn’t hear back until Monday afternoon time."

"For blood work/labs, they open at 6:30 am on weekdays. Fasting for blood work should be 10-12 hours, but not more! I walked in after 13 hours fasting, and they let me know that my results wouldn't be as accurate. They didn't tell me I had to come back later, but they suggested it politely - and I appreciated that. They had all the information on file from the other office, and I didn't need an appointment - so the whole experience was really convenient. The office was clean, and the staff at the front was very friendly and helpful. The location is odd, since it looks like it's part of the gas station, but it's really more like a mini-strip-mall that happens to have a large gas station attached to it."
